Commercial Shared-Use Kitchen

The LaunchSpace Community Kitchen features a regulatory-compliant shared-use commercial kitchen designed to support food processors, caterers, food trucks, and small food businesses with access to professional equipment, storage, and technical assistance. Operated by LaunchSpace, the kitchen functions both as an incubator for food entrepreneurs and as an educational and demonstration space for cooking classes, workforce training, and youth programs. Priority access is provided to kitchen members, career-readiness program participants, and community food access initiatives.

Beyond business incubation, the kitchen serves as a welcoming community gathering space, hosting cooking classes, kids’ camps, guest chef demonstrations, community dinners, and private events. Programming emphasizes sustainable, seasonal food systems, including a seed-to-product pathway connecting community gardens and small-scale agriculture to value-added food production. The adjacent gymnasium and gathering areas expand capacity for pop-up dinners, catered events, and special occasions, strengthening local food access, workforce development, and the regional food economy.

All kitchen memberships are prepaid monthly. Any additional usage, storage overages, or services incurred during the month are billed separately.
